All Suite Resort Paznaun

It's frustrating that a resort this nice seems to have no client loyalty. We booked in July, but by September the prices appeared lower, with a note calling them “early bird” rates. Asking the reservations department about it got us nowhere. We'd already come as a large group and booked five or six rooms for a second time, but received no discount or loyalty offer. Management doesn't seem interested in keeping returning clients. 2026 will be our last year here. I don't recommend it.

The spa and outdoor pool were stunning, and the views were beautiful too. Everything was perfect during our stay at All Suite Resort. I highly recommend it.

We can't wait to come back. The apartments were beautiful, modern, spacious, and perfectly equipped, and the resort is in a wonderful spot. There's a ski bus stop right by the building and the slope is five minutes away. Well prepared cross-country trails begin 100 meters behind the street. The ski room has boot warmers, and there's an excellent spa and gym. Staff on site were very polite, and someone was available by phone around the clock. The parking area is spacious enough even for a car with a roof box, and has an electric car charging station. If you bring a dog, there are little surprises waiting in the apartment and plenty of places to walk.

We stayed for 10 days in January 2025. A few days in, we reported that water leaked from the bottom of the kettle while it was boiling. The next day an email said it had been replaced. Soon another email arrived, repeating that update but also demanding payment for the replacement. That evening we asked the shift manager, who ran the restaurant on site, what the charge was for. The conversation was unpleasant. He kept interrupting me and insisted we had broken the kettle because we'd only complained after a few days instead of as soon as we entered the apartment. He also said the hotel had many kettles of that type and all the others were fine. We said an appliance can fail at any time without being misused by a guest. The following day we saw that the replacement kettle leaked from the same place and sent the hotel a video. We got no reply. After checking again, we realized we'd overfilled it: the water level marker was inside the metal kettle and hidden from view, so we hadn't even known it was there. Both kettles were actually fine, and the first one was replaced without anyone testing it. If it had been tested, they would have seen it worked. The manager clearly didn't really know that kettle model either, because he could have identified the cause and pointed out the internal water marker. Instead, the guest was hit with ugly accusations without any real reason or proof of damage, over a 60e kettle. We wonder whether local tourists would have been treated the same way, or whether this happens only to foreign tourists. How can someone so rude represent a hotel charging over 400 euros a night?
