The food was top quality and made with local products, so paying extra for dinner was absolutely worth it. We were four friends staying at Alpinhotel Monte for three nights, and the owner and staff made us feel like we were on holiday from the moment we arrived. Our bright, spacious rooms had lovely views of the slopes. The sauna area was roomy enough to unwind after skiing, and there was space in the ski and drying room for everyone's equipment. The bus station is two minutes away, with a roughly 15-minute ride to Ischgl. I'd definitely recommend the place and can't wait to return.

The rooms are on the pricey side, but I'd come back just for the food. Someone in the kitchen is turning out dishes that are almost Michelin level, which was a really pleasant surprise. Thumbs up, both of them.

The views are beautiful, and the Schibus is just 200 meters downhill. The service from the friendly, helpful Staff was absolutely superb. Very good kitchen, cellar, and wellness area too.
