We left because we didn't feel safe, and the promised 225 euros refund never came. After we arrived, an old man opened the door, seemed confused or drunk, and asked what we were doing there. We'd booked and paid for three non-smoking rooms for one night, but all three smelled strongly of smoke. The place was dirty, the towels were old and discolored, and I couldn't bring myself to lie on the bed or even open my suitcase. The man kept watching us and even tried to walk into our room. Around 5 o'clock, a group of drunk guests came in, lay in the hallway, and played loud music in the dark. The owner seemed to think that was normal.
