We ended up in the one apartment for tourists that's in a building normally meant for hotel staff. It felt like we didn't belong there. The facilities weren't set up for ski equipment, and the staff living there keep a different schedule, which caused some friction. One afternoon we were told not to come in with our gear because it was too noisy, but the only alternative was a bench outside in the freezing cold. The other buildings don't have this problem, but you don't know which one you'll get until arrival, and the rate is the same.

My relatives spent their vacation at this very nice hotel, and my wife had a massage there too. Everything was great. There's a ski resort nearby, and we had sunshine again today with excellent slopes.

The staff were lovely and accommodating, and we enjoyed the food. We had a lovely stay overall. The indoor pool was the one letdown: it was very cold, nowhere near 28 degrees. Apart from that, everything was excellent.
