6/10
The setting near the castle is lovely, and the room had a view of the inner courtyard. But inside, there was a noticeable damp smell and the air didn't feel fresh. Cleaning felt superficial: there were traces left by previous guests on the balcony, and the only service during our stay was a change of bed linen. Hotel Villa Bucher needs renovation. The only update I could see was new laminate flooring without baseboards, while the walls looked worn. In my opinion, the price doesn't match the service level. The location is attractive, but the hotel's condition left me with mixed feelings.

We found the staff especially helpful, and the location was fantastic. The rooms were neat and tidy, with most of the facilities you'd expect. You should definitely have a meal at the attached restaurant.

The food was lovely, and the staff were amazing. There's good parking, and the hotel is ideally placed in town. It was also beautiful, with the nicest hotel bar I've ever seen.

Free parking and friendly staff, plus a great location. The rooms were tidy, but I did expect a fridge in a four-star hotel, and there wasn't one.

Good food, pleasant staff, and a really family-like atmosphere. A nice hotel.
