Franzi and the kitchen team made the meals a real highlight. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a little extra touch each time, and Franzi seemed to think of everything. The chef is on another level. Special day treats were lovely too, as were the small thoughtful extras like bathrobes, slippers, a bag and room clips. The weekly activities were great: yoga, water gymnastics, health retreats and evening apéro parties with punch from the fire kettle. Ski storage and boot racks were adequate. The service was excellent, and the high-end setting felt worth the price. On arrival everything was ready and welcoming, and service stayed super friendly throughout. A few areas could use attention. The billiards table and playroom could be bigger, some rooms feel a bit dated, and the silicone around showers and baths should be redone soon to maintain standards. It would also be nice if some guests showed the same class as the staff, and reminded their loud kids that they're not alone or in a noisy kindergarten.

David gave me a sports massage yesterday that left me deeply relaxed, and I slept wonderfully afterward. His touch was professional, with just the right pressure and a remarkable gentleness and respect. Thank you!

We loved the clean, spacious and beautiful apartments. The staff were so friendly and sweet with our kids, and the restaurant food was delicious. We'll be back!

The location is good, close to the ski slopes, and the rooms were nice, but the rest was disappointing. Everything was in German, absolutely everything, from reception and the menu to the little information notices in the lift and the waiters. It didn't feel like an international hotel. Kids ran around noisily without any control or supervision. You also have to reconnect to the internet every day, yes, in 2025. At breakfast we never knew where to go because the tables kept changing; most times we ended up upstairs, even though you couldn't jump the stairs. It's expensive for what it offers, and once you've booked there's no way to cancel.
