Room in maisonette with garden, parking place

This is a quiet side street, and the location is okay. The nearby tram 49 connects easily to subway and bus routes. Our room was upstairs on the first floor. It has a bed, sofa, desk, and a shelf that the owner uses. The bathroom, with a bathtub and curtain, and a small toilet are on that same floor. The room also has a little refrigerator that’s very noisy, so I switched it off at night. There’s hardly a kitchen. It’s downstairs, and we only used the cereal bowls, spoons, and cups, choosing to eat out. The owner lives in the apartment and sleeps on the sofa downstairs when needed. There is a bed and a sofa in the room, which could be used for sleeping in an emergency, but the room is really only suitable for one person.

The home has a pleasant feel, and the homeowner is very friendly. Just be aware that you’ll be sharing the place with the homeowner.
