We really enjoyed our stay at Bergparadies again last week and will be back. The apartment was very clean, the service was great, and it came with plenty of extras, including hand soap, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, and two little gifts. The new curtains on the ground floor are a nice touch, though we still miss having a kettle. We also missed the live cooking at breakfast this year. And the location couldn’t be closer to the slopes.
We felt welcome even before reaching the mountain paradise. On the way there, we got a call with all the details we needed for a late check-in, and everything was prepared and easy to find. The next morning, we handled the formalities at our own pace and then enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Thanks to all the staff. We felt very comfortable and would love to return.
A modern, super-cozy place that was just right for an active weekend. The kids especially loved the pump track right outside. We felt completely at home!!!
We had a wonderful holiday at Berg Paradies and are already looking forward to returning. Everything was clean and well maintained, including our very nice room and bathroom, which were always tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the older lady at reception. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic every day, and we loved the drinks and house schnapps.
Beautiful surroundings, a very comfortable stay, and excellent breakfast. The hotel is modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely visit. I highly recommend it, it’s well worth it.
