Getting there by car was extremely difficult, with narrow streets and hairpin bends, and the parking area hadn't been cleared of snow. We also had to pay the deposit in cash even though we'd paid for the stay in advance. The Russian hostess was extremely rude and wouldn't even make coffee until I insisted. I spent three days here and wouldn't return. I'd certainly spend my money elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and caring, and flexible too. It was fine for a couple of nights, and not overly expensive.

Finding the chalet is a little tricky, but it's worth the effort. The apartments are very comfortable, and the area is truly beautiful, with great slopes and quality services.

We were an older couple whose children had left home, and we brought our dog. The young crew were dedicated, and we got a warm welcome. The location is very good, and the balconies are pleasant.

The owner is humble, polite and welcoming, and the place is clean and tidy. It's family-friendly and beautiful, though a little cramped. I liked it, even though it's hard to reach and the Wi-Fi is poor.
