The view from the large, clean apartments was great, and the service was kind and thoughtful. The location worked perfectly for us, within walking distance of the ski lifts, and access to the Alpentherme was free. My friends and I were extremely impressed. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Bad Hofgastein or coming for a ski trip of a lifetime. Thanks so much!

Great location, friendly staff and freebies. What else could you want? If you’re looking for a hotel in Bad Hofgastein, book this one. Well deserved 5/5.

I visit for a few weeks each year before Christmas, and the place is practically next to Schlossalm ski resort. The rooms are huge, recently refurbished and reasonably priced. There’s ski storage, shoe warming, and a leisure area with table tennis and table football. What’s not to like?

A perfect place for a family holiday, just amazing! The ski lifts and Alpentherme are both an ideal distance away.

The internet is really slow, around 10 Mbps. You can’t play games or do much with it, just watch YouTube or search.
