We stayed in summer, and the fully equipped apartment was very pleasant. The new wellness area is beautiful, with Finnish and infrared saunas and a place to relax. Outside, there's a lovely organic pool with tasteful loungers and umbrellas. Breakfasts were amazing and featured local products. The friendly staff and owners made the stay, you can tell their business and customer satisfaction matter to them personally. There are endless options for trips, cycling, and hiking in this part of the Alps. My girlfriend and I will definitely return, even in winter.

The kids could sleep in their own room, and my parents were just across the hall, which worked perfectly for our family. We had one family room, they had the double, and my sister's family had another family room. Everything was spotless, lovely and warm. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and not having to sort out meals made the holiday easy. The team gave us such a warm welcome. We had a great Bad Gastein ski holiday and hope to return soon.

It was easy to feel at home here. The staff are always smiling and welcoming, and the apartments are clean and fully equipped. This was my second stay, just for a few days, and I’ll come back again for sure. For skiing, the location is ideal: the free ski bus gets you to the slopes in about 10 minutes.

The staff were lovely, always smiling, friendly, and helpful, and made the stay really comfortable. There’s good Wi-Fi, parking, a sauna, and an outdoor pool. Rooms are spacious, with balconies; most look out over the mountains, while others have a side view. You’ll find a shower, fridge, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, and bathrobes in the room. Breakfast is included and has a good buffet: salmon, meats and cheeses, fruit and vegetables, pâté, cereal, cream cheese, yogurt, bread, and pastries. The hotel restaurant also serves dinner, either as part of a half-board booking or à la carte. Main dishes cost around €18-25. I reviewed the restaurant separately too.
