We finally made it to Haus Hirt in January for a ski break, after having it on our list for ages. The team welcomed us warmly, including the little ones, with a kids club, child-friendly meals, and special times for children. The hotel has a distinctive, relaxed charm throughout its service, rooms, activities, and spa. It's set in beautiful surroundings, and we can only recommend it for a special stay. Thank you, team! Haus Hirt has a warm, welcoming feel, and the family-run character comes through everywhere. The decor is unusual and full of personality. It's a small, lovely place with a friendly atmosphere, not a huge all-inclusive resort. It's especially good for families with younger children.

We visited in June and July and found the hotel comfortable, with a lovely modern feel. The staff were kind and attentive to detail, and there was plenty to do, from hikes and bike hire to getting local tips on places to see. The all-inclusive food was the best I've had, with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

There are plenty of activities here, and the staff are helpful with hike suggestions, bike routes, and rides. You can borrow baby and toddler hiking carriers and regular bikes, while e-bikes are available to rent. Kids have a nice pool to splash in, and childcare is included, so expect children to be around. The food is very good and included, with child-friendly options at every meal. A great choice for an active family spa retreat, with good facilities overall.

This is our family's favorite hotel in the Alps, in both summer and winter. The service feels personal, the atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the food is good. We absolutely love it.
