Apartment in Bad Gastein Near Ski Lift

We asked politely if we could have coffee and got a response full of attitude, sarcasm and mockery. The female staff member was extremely rude and openly racist. If Gulf customers aren’t welcome, maybe put a sign on the door. This is not the only place in the world 🤣. We tried to let her attitude slide and said we were ready to order, but she just said "okay okay," walked away and never came back, so we left immediately. She came across as completely ridiculous and unprofessional. She should take a good look at herself before talking down to people, and learn to treat different nationalities with basic respect. If she can’t handle a simple job like that, maybe she’s in the wrong profession. Chill, okay? ❤️

There’s a waterfall view from the balcony, and the hotel is away from the city noise. It’s a nice small place with excellent rooms and service. We’ll visit again. If you book here, ask for room#2, where the emperor of Austria stayed. It has a balcony too.

The location is good, but the price is really high for the facilities. Cleaning was poor, there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and breakfast was very poor and expensive. Hospitality and customer service were bad too, and there were problems with parking. I just wasted my money and vacation here. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The food was lovely when we visited for dinner, but the service felt a little odd and dismissive. It wasn’t what I’ve come to expect in Austria.
