Even with the weather not being great, we felt comfortable here. Lena was a very nice host and was always ready to help or offer advice. The balcony view over the village of Bad Hofgastein never gets old. Thank you.

The place was tidy and clean, and in principle it was okay. But we came with two children, one just over a year old and the other three. After two days, our youngest was crying, restless, clearly unwell and uncomfortable in the unfamiliar surroundings. That can be perfectly normal, but things became too much for our family and it was very sad. We had pictured a very different holiday. We decided to go home two days early because the stay made no sense with a child who was so unhappy. It wasn’t pleasant for us parents either. We understand that we didn’t get our money back, but it’s a shame there couldn’t even be a €50 goodwill gesture. We wouldn’t have accepted it anyway, but some understanding would have meant something, especially since the lady has children herself. We’re not in financial trouble, or we wouldn’t have spent so much, but we would have appreciated a little empathy.

The view was amazing, and the host was very nice. It’s a small, clean, family-friendly place, and the kitchen is well equipped. The ski slope is easy to get to. We left with a very good impression and can only recommend it.
