The lake is incredibly calm, and sitting by it in peace and quiet feels magical. We stayed in Blk 5 facing the lake, which I'd highly recommend. At night, it's wonderful for stargazing, and watching day break over the golden mountain is another lovely moment. A morning walk in the nearby forest, surrounded by the quiet of nature, was an incredible experience. The hotel also served a great dinner and breakfast, with care given to the little details for guests. One of the highlights of my recent trip.

The hotel is lovely, well maintained, and in a great spot. The pool was cold, though, so all the kids crowded into the whirlpool spa, which wasn't very warm either. The bigger issue was the DJ in the main lobby and bar one night. The signs and information said the music would run from 6pm to 10pm, but the loud thumping went on until 11:21pm. Our two kids were tired after a day skiing. I went up around 10:40 to ask why it was still playing, but nobody would help or turn it down. I spoke directly to the manager/owner, who was dancing and partying, and he just stood there and did nothing. Our kids were exhausted the next day, so we had to cut our last day very short. I'm really annoyed and disappointed. If I'd wanted loud music, I would have gone to a party town.

The resort made us feel welcome straight away, thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view over the village below. It was a convenient place to stay, and the surrounding area was beautiful for our 2 week trip in Austria. The resort was picture-perfect, and we'd definitely recommend it.

I've stayed at more than 200 hotels around the world, and this is the best. Everyone cares, and the hospitality here gives the word a whole new meaning. If you get the chance to come, I highly recommend heading to the lobby on a Wednesday evening. No need to thank me :)

The hotel is nice and so is its location, and I enjoyed the food and atmosphere in the restaurant. But after dinner, the bartender Amir spoiled the impression. I had to wait a long time to place my order, and he was irritable, unfriendly, and arrogant.
