Dogs are allowed, and the hotel is in a very good location. The staff and owners speak English. The rooms are nice, though a small fridge would be a welcome addition. Breakfast could also have more variety.

The breakfast selection was nice, and the hotel was clean and friendly. Most rooms have mountain views on every side. It's a 500-metre walk to the main ski gondola. I'd stay here again.

The walk into the city centre takes about 20 minutes, and the route by the river and waterfalls is lovely. The hotel is also close to a supermarket, the train station and buses for Sportgastein and other activity spots. We had a spacious, newly renovated room with a balcony and a rain shower. Breakfast had a huge choice, and there’s a nice garden where you can enjoy a drink. The staff were so friendly and flexible, always ready to think things through with us. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Some rooms have breathtaking views, and the Latvian staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant and library also have a warm, homelike feel.
