We felt completely at home and would happily come back. The apartment was peaceful, very clean, modern, and decorated with care. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything else we needed was there too. Check-in was easy, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! 😊

Emma and Denise were fantastic hosts: warm, attentive, and always happy to help. It was clear they really cared about their guests’ well-being. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at Emma's Apartments in Gerlos, and the apartment was cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing break. The location was superb, quiet but with ski lifts, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked again immediately. For us, it stands out for both quality and atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🌟

The website is nicely designed, but the photos are years old and unfortunately gave a misleading impression of the holiday apartment. We booked for two weeks in August '25 and left after one. A nice person greeted us, but our first impression of the apartment wasn’t great. On move-in day, I asked for a vacuum cleaner because there was dust and the apartment was full of spiders. The next morning, I found a dirty bedsheet at head height. We couldn’t use the terrace because the wood was damaged and screws were sticking out. The sun lounger was weathered and moldy, and the seating was weathered and wobbly. I got a refund for the basic cleaning, but nothing else. We left five days early and no help was offered. I emailed several times and got no response.

The hostess was fantastic, and her suggestions for restaurants and hikes were really helpful. The apartment was so clean that I immediately told lots of friends about it. I travel regularly and have become more discerning, so I was especially impressed. What a wonderful place!
