The owners took care of things while we were out skiing, so we didn't have to worry about them. They made the bed and loaded and unloaded the dishwasher, for example. The apartment itself was really nice and clean, and we had a great stay.

We're a family of five and booked three nights through booking.com, asking for rooms next to each other. The owner got in touch and asked us to cancel so they could rebook us on the same floor, since our original rooms were apparently on different floors. We did that, but the new booking was surprisingly €120 more, a 30% increase. Just 60 minutes later, when I asked to go back to the original reservation, those rooms were booked. We had to choose between cancelling altogether or paying the higher price.

Lovely apartments, and the backyard views were nice too. A great host, with a real Austrian feel to the place.
