Daniel deserves special thanks. I accidentally left some belongings in the room, and they kept everything safe and later sent it to my home address. That was thoughtful and professional, really above and beyond. I had an excellent stay at VAYA Gerlos. The room was comfortable, the wellness area lovely, and everything downstairs was clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Daniel, Fruzsina and Petra helped make the stay great, thanks to the lovely view and the incredible village too. The reception staff were really kind, gave me useful advice, and were ready to answer all my questions.

They charged the full booking amount straight away, even though the advert said payment could be made on arrival. When I asked to cancel within 12 hours of booking, they refused to waive the cancellation fee, which was the entire cost of the stay. So far, a terrible experience. Do not book this accommodation!

The rooms are lovely, and we slept really well in the beds. VAYA hotel in Gerlos has a modern, cozy Austrian feel, with genuinely friendly staff who are happy to help with anything. It works well for a stay in either winter or summer.

The welcome stood out most. I got thoughtful, tailored advice and even a chocolate gift for my children. The reception was great, the rooms were good quality, and the location is superb. I’ll definitely keep Vaya among my favorites!
