This is a lovely family-run hotel, conveniently located near Gerlos's ski lifts and ski bus station. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the service is friendly. There's a well-equipped bar, and the restaurant serves a great breakfast and tasty dinners.

The rooms are spacious, and the location is perfect. Service is great, especially Mark the waiter, who is very kind and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

At least one apres ski spot is nearby at the gondel, Luigi's Turbo Bar. You can walk to the lift in your ski boots, and the center is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. We come here every year with family members of all ages, and the family and employees are wonderful and make us feel at home. They're very helpful with the kids and our baby too, even making special food for our 10-month-old son. We're always pleased to return year after year.

I haven't stayed at the hotel yet, but wanted to share how customer-friendly my experience has been. I had a non-refundable booking, but Covid measures meant we couldn't travel because mandatory booster shots were required and we weren't yet eligible for them in Holland. The hotel voluntarily gave me a full refund. Thank you!

The rooms were cosy and clean, and breakfast was great. Erik and Marco were especially friendly, and the service from the staff was really good. We had a lovely stay.
