Kids have play equipment and animals behind the hotel, and breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. My one issue was the attic in our family room. I asked when booking whether there was a window there and was told yes, but nobody mentioned it couldn't be opened for safety reasons. I slept badly without fresh air. That may be less of a concern in winter, but the setup doesn't work well in summer.

We'd happily return. The hotel is right by the slope at a family-friendly ski resort, and the larger Nassfeld area is close by for more experienced skiers. Everything was clean and well looked after, the food was delicious, and the friendly, helpful staff made our stay even nicer.

We stayed in a separate building near the hotel. The room was decent, clean, and quiet, unless you happen to share the building with a children's trip. The location was very nice, and breakfast is available if needed. All in all, I recommend this accommodation.

The beds are a real plus: very comfortable, wide, with a good mattress. From the window you can watch the ski lift working and see skiers pass by, even while you're lying in bed, lol. It's the closest place to the lift. The canteen food is mostly fast food and pretty junky, and the coffee is disgusting.... :(((( There is a good children's room, though!

The hotel is right beside both the ski area and the cross-country trail. The accommodation was great and the food delicious. I hope we get to come again.
