I spent three weeks at the hotel for a health retreat and came away with a mostly positive impression. The staff were great, and the doctors I met were attentive and knowledgeable. My room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. I also enjoyed the small spa and pool, which were consistently clean and usually not crowded. The food was varied overall and very good. The mattresses could be better. The spa and pool cost around 95 euro, and I think gym access could be included in that price. The spa hours, 14:00-19:00, were inconvenient when my sessions ran until 15:00-16:00. It should stay open until at least 21:00. I’d be happy to return.

The forest setting on the Austrian border made for a peaceful stay, with fresh air, forest walks, and a real sense of seclusion. The spinal rehabilitation program was thoughtfully run, and the well-equipped facilities, attentive specialists, and personalized approach made the sessions comfortable and effective. I also appreciated the excellent service, healthy food, and the genuine care shown to guests. It was an enjoyable stay as well as a beneficial one, and I definitely want to come back for my health and balance.

The restaurant stood out: the meals were varied and delicious, they accommodated special requests, and the service was very attentive. Everyone on staff was competent and friendly, too. My spa stay was so relaxing, and all in all, it was a very successful visit.
