Kaiser Moments

We stayed in the new Kaiserjuwel addition across the street from the main hotel. It was modern, spacious, comfortable and clean, with amazing views from both our room and the heated infinity pool. The restaurant was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

We had amazing views of Wilder Kaiser, and there’s a bus stop just 100 m from the hotel. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the whole staff took great care of my family. The children especially appreciated the great food and the two pools.

The Quiet Room was easily the best part of our stay. We were there in high season, when the hotel was fully booked, and our room was across the street. The staff were kind, though clearly stretched thin, and Slav from Slovakia was especially nice. He saw me outside and came over for a genuinely pleasant chat. Some of the other servers didn’t make that same effort. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. A couple could hardly fit comfortably, the bathroom was smaller than a closet, and there was nowhere for winter gear. The Wi-Fi was poor, and construction noise carried on whenever it wasn’t raining. We weren’t told about the work when booking, even though it’s the hotel’s project to build a deep garage and more. The location was perfect for summer, but not in the rain. The food was very good. A week felt too long for me, with too few pools and too many couples and families around for me to get away and enjoy myself. It would’ve been nice to have different water temperatures. The sunbed and infrared cabin didn’t work. I’m being honest about what I encountered.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were gracious, the rooms and facilities were nice, and the traditional dining room was great. I’d happily recommend it.
