Der Ulmenhof

I felt at home here and could really relax. After a rainy day, it was so nice to make hot vegetable soup in the functional kitchen, which has a stove, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, and modern, with great hot water in the bathroom, hooks, a place to set things, and a towel warmer. Mine looked out at trees, and the view from the front was lovely in both sun and rain. The grocery store was a five minute walk, and everything felt close by. For getting around, some people took the bus. Gosauseen is a must, and I also recommend taking the ski lift up to Dachstein West. Parking is in a lot beside the hotel, behind the playground, with a path to the house. Check-in is at 4 pm. There’s no desk, but someone greets you, checks you in, and hands over a metal key. I'd definitely return.

The host was really kind and helpful, and took care of all our requests. The apartment felt like home, and it was super clean and cozy in a perfect location. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

A cozy guest house that works well for families, with lovely hospitality from host Eugene. There's a little playground, free parking, and everything needed to cook at home. A few restaurants and a cafe are nearby. The Hornspitz and Zwieselalm lifts aren't far, and there’s also a bus for skiers heading to places like Rusbach.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and even carried our luggage. The hotel was good, but apartment 8 was too dark and needs a light above the dining table. The shower curtain was poor.
