The manager and staff were friendly, though some of the service staff spoke neither German nor English very well, which felt a little odd. For the low price, breakfast was decent value: the quality wasn't great, but there was a lot to choose from. We didn't get to try the restaurant because it was closed during our stay, which was a shame. The room was small but otherwise okay. It was also a bit dirty from insects on the walls, and the mosquitoes made it awful. We stayed two nights in September, killed around 50, and I still couldn't really sleep. I'm not sure where they all came from. The only way to air the room out was through the balcony. In winter, I probably would have given it four stars.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and dogs are welcome. We loved the delicious breakfast and the food, and the staff were really nice. The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back.

The views and surroundings are lovely, and the staff are kind. Breakfast was good too. If your child is larger than typical for their age, check the passport details so you don't get charged extra even after you've checked in.

We stood around for a good 10-15 minutes waiting to be seated while the waitress ignored us and chatted with locals. I can't tell if she was unprofessional or racist, but either way that's bad for a business that depends on tourism. Just look at how they respond. That says enough.

The garlic soup is so good, and both the food and drinks cost very reasonable prices. Service is warm, with great value for money in this popular ski area.
