The room was OK, but what really made the holiday so good was the food, the service, and how welcoming the staff were. The views and surrounding area are stunning. We took a few walks in the woods and around the lake, and it was truly beautiful.

A hotel that’s run very seriously, with plenty of well-trained staff in every part of the place. There are enough of them that the stay feels stress-free, and the guest really comes first. The gluten-free selection, including desserts, is probably among Europe’s top 10 in this price range. The other food is typically Tyrolean and European, with excellent flavor, and there’s also a big selection of other good snacks. A very suitable place for a proper vacation.

We’ve been visiting Tannheimer Tal for the past two years and have tried many hotels in the area. This was by far the best we’ve stayed in, and it’ll be our choice on future visits. For me and my family, the Hotel gave us a wonderful experience and lovely memories from our limited free time. Hospitality is about those positive moments. Many thanks, and congratulations to Hotel owner Martina for putting together such a lovely team. BRAVO! We hope to see you soon, Familie Georgountzos❤️

The dish we weren’t happy with was swapped without any trouble, which was appreciated. Still, the meal was just okay for the price and the description had set higher expectations. The Germknödel came without poppy seed butter, and the Roulades were dry. I only ate here, and the food didn’t feel like anything special.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the buffet was always plentiful. Everything was very clean, from the hotel to the rooms. I had a really enjoyable holiday and would recommend staying here.
