The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, with friendly staff and a superb location. I'd suggest booking a double for single use, since the single rooms feel a bit too small.

The staff were absolutely polite to us, but our room had a persistent smell of mold. I can't disagree with most of the complaints about the dark room, questionable bathroom cleanliness, and dirty spoon.

The rooms were quiet, and the hotel offered good value for the price. Service was friendly, and the location is in the inner city next to hauptmarkt and the casino. There's also a huge bar with a DJ on Saturday.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is fantastic, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff stayed warm and professional throughout, from reception to housekeeping. At checkout, Polevia (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly) kindly kept our luggage and guided us with such sincere kindnessit!! The location is perfect, and I'd return in a heartbeat. The hotel's atmosphere is striking, with dark tones, elegant details, dramatic interiors, and a warm feel. The reception greeted us with genuine smiles, and the wall and ceiling designs added sophistication. Our room was tastefully furnished, with a sleek modern bathroom. Having a coffee machine and kettle was a thoughtful touch.
