Our apartment looked nothing like the photos, and the lack of service is why I wouldn't recommend staying there. We were four people, but some items were missing: the cutlery was incomplete, with no knives at all, and there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher. We got just one roll of toilet paper for all four of us for three days. Although it was meant for four, there wasn't enough seating for four people. They never sent anyone with the missing items while we were there. It felt like they didn't care, just a money-making company with random buildings and no customer service. I think there are several locations.

The host doesn't communicate and seems likely to keep the money, which I find absolutely disgusting. The accommodation has been closed since December 2021, yet the host hadn't even cancelled the Airbnb listing for July 2022. I'll consider taking further legal action.

They charged my card more than the booking price and now won't refund the difference. The owners are thieves. They don't answer calls or emails, so the case is going to the police in Graz.

We had a very good stay on our trip. The hotel was new, clean, and tidy, and the indoor parking was good too.

Booking was easy, and the staff were friendly. The apartments were clean, cozy, and very nice.
