Appartement Graz, Wohnen & Wert Appartementvermietung

The new management was always helpful and quick to respond to any request, and the cleaning ladies did a great job. I spent three months there as temporary housing while sorting out my own Hauptwohnsitz, and I have no complaints about the management. I’d heard several horror stories from colleagues who stayed here before, but those were under the previous management and a different name. If you need temporary accommodation in Graz, I’d definitely recommend them.

The room was lovely and clean, and the price seemed quite reasonable. Finding the place was tricky because it barely showed up on the map. We had read the check-in and check-out information, but arrived early. The staff seemed a bit irritated; we apologized and said we could come back later, though they still gave us the key.

The apartments are nicely ventilated and set in pleasant surroundings. The office hours are limited, though, and I would have liked them to be open longer.

A comfortable, pleasant apartment in a peaceful setting.
