The place was very dirty. The floor was sticky with visible dirt, there were used cotton swabs in the bedroom, and the bed linen had stains and someone else's hair on it. The bathroom and kitchen were almost unusable.

It's filthy and stinks. There was no toilet paper, which is great to discover after a long drive, and the toilet was so dirty deep down it made me feel sick. Only one lightbulb in the living room worked. The cigarette butt was still in the same spot, so I've moved it somewhere more noticeable. I also had the problem with the door and my obviously disruptive phone call. Don't book this place!

The bed and couch were stained, and the hygiene was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this apartment. Photos are attached.

The place was in disastrous condition, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it, especially at this price. There was mold and leftover rubbish from previous guests in the kitchen, hair in the bathtub, and no toilet paper. Cigarette butts were under the bed. The bed linen had hair and brown stains, and it certainly hadn't been changed after the previous guests. The towel seemed the same. The faucet wasn't fixed in place, just hanging by its hose. The outlet in the bedroom was coming completely out of the wall. Door hardware was broken, and none of the apartment doors shut properly, including the bathroom door. You have to push the handle up to lock the entrance door, but nobody mentions that. When I called about it, the landlord was annoyed. The windows let in drafts, making the apartment very noisy, and there's a busy street right next door. The outside stairs get extremely slippery when it rains, their treads aren't securely fastened, and the railing they rest on is anything but stable. In my view, that's a serious safety hazard. The unlit garden path to the rear building, which has two apartments, is another tripping hazard. The bedroom wardrobe had no back panel, and its shelves sagged even with nothing on them. You can only reach the landlord by phone, and it took several calls. He speaks extremely poor German and was immediately angry that I called during his working hours. Parking spaces are there, but not marked as such, only with "No Parking" signs. It seems the landlords care only about making money without maintaining the property.
