The place was spotless and well looked after, and check-in was clear and easy. They also supplied coffee capsules, tea, and good soap and shower gel, which was a nice touch. Staying somewhere designed by a legendary contemporary architect made the visit feel special. The price seemed fair for the quality. Thanks for the hospitality!

We keep returning with the family because it feels like home, and it hasn't let us down. The rooms are spotless, the price is reasonable, and the location puts everything we wanted within easy reach. A fantastic choice for a family stay in the area.

The apartments are comfortable and fully equipped, and the building makes a striking impression from outside. Definitely worth the price. I hadn't known Zaha Hadid before, but now I seem to spot her work everywhere. I'd gladly stay here again soon!

They even let us check out an hour later since there was availability. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus more. The building's design is impressive, and the central location and price are hard to beat. I'd give it a sixth star if I could. Highly recommended in Graz!

The architecture is nice, but the place feels cheaply finished, with odd empty spaces. Cleaning was the serious problem: the bathroom was dirty, with hair on the floor and in the shower, mold, and some kind of bug from the waste pipes on the floor. There was hair in the bedsheets too. I had to leave and find another hotel at 22:00.
