The room was warm, cozy and perfectly clean, and breakfast had a good variety, including vegetarian options. What I'll remember most, though, is the sincerity and kindness of the Host, her family and the staff. They showed a real interest in us and made us feel genuinely welcome, like we were at home. It was my first time in Graz and my first stay at the Colliner Hotel, and I couldn't leave without writing about it. I was there because our film had been nominated for an award on December 4th, 2025. The stay left me with a warm memory and a lovely aftertaste. If I come to Graz again, I'll be happy to choose the Colliner Hotel.

The staff were so lovely and helped us with everything. Breakfast was plentiful and perfect, and the hotel is close enough to everything that we walked everywhere. During our Christmas holiday in Graz, our room was spacious, cozy and extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed. We could adjust the radiator ourselves, though it stayed warm the whole time. Thank you for the wonderful service, we enjoyed it so much ❤️🥰

Our room was fine and near the centre. At checkout, we were charged a minibar fee even though we hadn't taken anything from it, we'd only put a water bottle inside. The receptionist described the charge as a hotel stay tax and didn't mention the minibar fee. It was included in the amount we paid, and we only noticed it later on the receipt.

A small, family owned hotel with really friendly service. It's handy for tram connections but still quiet and peaceful. There's an inner courtyard where you can have breakfast outside.
