This was my second stay here, on a business trip lasting two weeks altogether. The location is convenient, two tram stops from the main station, and the service is fair. Still, the standard room feels expensive for what's provided: no breakfast, and only basic amenities, namely towels, tissues, and shower gel. Decent overall, though the value could be better.

The hotel looked new and was a great place to stay for our night there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid an extra €30 for breakfast for two, and the city tax was €2,50 per person per night. There was no fridge in our room or spoons for coffee or tea, which I didn't like. Parking was another letdown: it costs €20 per night through the hotel, otherwise you have to find a spot on the street.

The rooms feel very new and nice, and the staff are friendly. It's quite far from the city centre, but the prices are more reasonable. The room had a cute Home theme, with a handwritten “welcome home” on the chalkboard and a shower message encouraging you to sing. Nice branding. This eco-friendly hotel doesn't clean rooms every day unless you ask, and then it's free. Toiletries are just one soap for hands, body, and hair, so bring separate shampoo or body wash if you need them. We had trouble checking in online because the system kept saying we hadn't paid, although we had. Staff replied pretty quickly on WhatsApp and said there was another 10 Euros to pay to complete check-in. Breakfast was 15 Euros per person at check-in, cheaper than online, so bear that in mind. E6 takes around 30 minutes to the city centre.

Karoline, the Front Office Manager, and her staffmembers Jospefine and Jessica were so naturally friendly and made me feel at home. They do lovely, inspiring work. This lovely hotel has great service and is a must-stay in Graz. See you again soon!
