The beds request was handled only halfway: we asked for two separate beds and were moved to another room, but the beds were never separated. They also couldn't provide an extension cord for my father's CPAP machine, which he needed for his health and comfort. The building was uncomfortably cold throughout, and both the rooms and shared areas felt dated and neglected, without any charm to make up for it. For a hotel claiming four stars, the stay fell far short. It's the third worst hotel I've stayed in. Breakfast cost 25 Euro, which felt like a rip-off given the quality. I don't understand how it keeps its rating, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The location made it easy to walk straight into the old town, and parking in the garage next door was convenient. The hotel gave us a discount for parking there. Breakfast was excellent and included. Our room was a bit small and dated, but it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had a very good stay.

The breakfast deserves a mention: it was fresh, nicely laid out, with all kinds of choices, and served in a pleasant room that had space for everyone staying there. Our room was perfectly fine, though the view into the central well was boring. The hotel sits right by the river, but I imagine rooms with that view cost extra. It has a business hotel feel. Staff were efficient and very helpful. The bar itself is pleasant, though younger business guests sometimes unwind there in the evening and have more than a few drinks. We enjoyed our stay.

The sauna and breakfast were highlights for me. My room was bright and tidy, and the reception team and other staff were great. I'm so glad I found this hotel in Graz, and I hope I can make it back this year.

We were happy with our stay, and the lobby and entrance really do look as good as the pictures. The staff helped us a lot with special requests, most of them related to travelling with a baby. The corridors and rooms are somewhat dated, but everything worked. Breakfast was pretty good, though the room was crowded and very hot, maybe because of ventilation issues. Parking is a few metres down the road, which felt unusual, but wasn't inconvenient. It's a good place to stay overnight and enjoy the town.
