JUFA Hotel Graz

The breakfast buffet was clean, well organized, and had a good range of options, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We stayed in a Family & Friends room while traveling from Croatia to Poland with our two children. It had two adjoining rooms, plus a bathroom and toilet, which gave our family of four both convenience and privacy. The facilities felt closer to a four-star hotel than a three-star one. JUFA Hotel Graz City is a very good option for families visiting the area.

For a hotel in its category, this place is top notch, though it isn't a luxury hotel. The rooms were clean and nice, breakfast was good, and there’s a kids' play area inside as well as a small one outside.

My room had cockroaches, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable by any hotel standard. The layout also felt unsafe: the main light switch was right behind the mattress, so moving in my sleep kept turning the light on and made proper rest impossible. I booked Jafa Hotel through Hotels.com, and this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend staying here until these problems are addressed, and I urge Hotels.com to review the property's listing.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. Its location near the train station makes it handy for a short stop in Graz. There’s a shopping centre within walking distance, but not much else nearby, and other places are a bit farther away.
