The bar was a real highlight at NH City Graz. The cocktails were excellent, and the bar lady was friendly, engaging, and clearly loved what she does. She made me feel like a regular straight away. The Glühwein was especially memorable, rich and warming, with just the right spices. One sip brought back vivid memories of when I was younger. The reception team also made a great impression from the start. Check-in was effortless, everyone I met was friendly and attentive, and their local tips made exploring the city more enjoyable. The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and the whole stay exceeded my expectations. I’d return without hesitation and highly recommend it.

10/10
The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I had a nice, quiet room. The hotel is centrally located, about a six-minute walk from sporgasse street. Breakfast was good, with a range of choices and special egg orders available on request.

6/10
The place itself is beautiful, with nice architecture and attractive furnishings, and the staff were very nice. But the breakfast quality was an absolute disgrace for a hotel in this category. The food was the cheapest kind, the prefab eggs were worse than army food, and there was very little choice. At 8:30 in the morning, the chef wasn’t willing to make pancakes for a child. What a shame.

The rooms were very clean and updated, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast was good, and the hotel is perfectly placed near the tower clock. There’s a public parking lot with EV charging, though it’s a bit expensive.
