TT-Rooms

We stayed for three nights in summer 2024. Never again! Almost every guest seemed to struggle with the self check in. A tip for anyone staying here: when the monitor asks you to sign with the pen, just use your finger in the white rectangle at the lower left of the screen. :) The walls are incredibly thin, so you hear every squeak from every direction. Kids ran around the corridors and rooms, and it was hard to sleep or rest. The shelves were dusty, the kitchen sink ridiculously small, and the beds squeaked like crazy. The bathroom sink was filthy and clogged, and we had to pull out the nasty stuff so the water would drain. The bathroom fan was very loud and kept running for more than half an hour. The bathroom smelled like sewers, with limescale everywhere. Towels were dirty or rusty, so we used our own. The switch for the shades on the double window was broken. Pressing the button wouldn't lower them properly, it only made them run through a full cycle, all the way up and then all the way down. We booked a double bed, but TTRooms put two single mattresses next to each other with a gap between them. There's a pizzeria on the ground floor, so airing out the room means it fills with the smell. There are no mosquito nets, and, to our surprise, no air conditioning at all. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

The room was clean, had a small kitchen, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We had trouble getting our room card because the automatic check-in failed due to a software issue. We called customer service, who talked us through it, and eventually got one card instead of the two normally provided. It's a nice hotel overall, with okay parking, in a shared building. The rooms are on levels 1 and 2.

Clean rooms, parking out front, an easy check-in, and a great price for what you get. It's a little far from the old town, but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Recommended!

We were on our way to Germany and stayed just one night. Arriving early in the morning with three sleepy kids, we really appreciated how quick and easy check-in was. The place was clean and spacious, with a microwave oven, so we could make breakfast before heading out.
