I spent 15 nights feeling like I was in hell, and after Booking helped end my stay early because of the harassment, the hotel still refused to refund my €310 city tax. I was in Graz on an exchange and had booked two months here. In my second week, a hotel staff member got my private phone call and information, contacted me on his own phone, then used his own card to enter my room without permission. I reported it to the hotel and the police, but they couldn't help. Girls especially, don't go here.

Be careful and read the other reviews. There always seems to be a trick. Their garage system, both online and on site, wouldn't accept my license plate. I immediately told the hotel and sent video proof. They said to wait for a bill in the mail, but instead I got a fine for over 200 euro. For more than two weeks they kept saying they were looking for a solution, then refused to help. The hotel gave me the wrong advice, and I ended up with a fine from another organization. Absolutely do not stay here!!!

We were really pissed afterward, and one star feels right. The room wasn't clean enough to justify the charge, and the toilet brush was broken and unusable. We paid a €45 cleaning fee for one night, which is almost the whole price. On booking.com the fee is easy to miss: the listings and booking details show a total without it, so it looks like you're paying about half. They sent a link with the real total only when the free cancellation period had just ended, by which point the amount had doubled. They also charged a €250 deposit to my credit card before the trip, something I'd never seen with apartments before. Honestly, avoid this place.

The place was very clean, with good parking and fairly narrow but comfortable beds. We were driving from Poland to Italy with our dog and never saw anyone at reception, but everything was pretty self-explanatory. You need to check in before parking. When leaving, after returning the key, pull the dangling orange rope in the car park to open the door. The Spanish tapas bar 550m away was excellent for dinner.
