The laundry setup was handy: one washer and one dryer for the building, and I needed to do laundry. There was a kettle and a Nespresso machine, though I wished the room had a mini fridge, as other reviews had mentioned. The self-service hotel was clean and comfortable, and I'd stay again for its convenient location in Graz. My room got quite hot despite it being winter, so I turned off the heat and opened the window at night. I'm not sure why it was so warm. The luggage lockers were useful, but my assigned one was already taken, so customer support told me to use another. The on-site staff handle maintenance and cleaning and can't help with other issues, but LimeHome usually replied on WhatsApp within minutes. I could hear a little of the loud bar next door, The Office, one night, though a white noise app blocked it out.

The service staff were friendly, but we won't choose these apartments on our next trip to Graz. On the first of our two nights, our room was on floor -1 and felt damp, smelled humid, and had peeling wall paint. Music from the Club on the same street was too loud for us to sleep. We moved to another floor for the second night, where we could still hear the music, though it wasn't as loud.

For a new non-smoking building, there were quite a few little issues: a curtain that only covered half the window, uneven beds, clogged drains, and dirty dishes. Customer service said it's normal for details to be missed sometimes because they have too many apartments.

For the price, this is a great place in the city center, and it's very clean and new. Hosts responded quickly. Registering to get the codes takes a little while, but it wasn't too hard.
