We spent a week here over Christmas. The food was amazing, and everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly, and all the little thoughtful touches made us feel so welcome.

Our room had a beautiful view, and the staff were very friendly. We stayed for three nights in a clean, spacious apartment. The furniture was a little dated but clearly well cared for. The location was handy, just above the Billa shop, pharmacy, and other amenities, and very close to the cable car. Free garage parking was included. The hallway did smell of smoke.

We had a great week at Hotel Kristall with our three teenage children. Getting to the gondola was a five-minute walk, and the green run was right across from the hotel. The hotel arranged an airport taxi that took under an hour and was reasonably priced. We also made good use of the games room, with table tennis, air hockey, and table football, plus the swimming pool at the sister hotel, about a ten-minute walk away. The sauna area was excellent, with tea and juice available. And the food all week was fab, we couldn't fault it. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you! x x

The menu had lots of choices, and everything was super, super good. The hotel was very nice and clean, with excellent service. Parking was included, and you can charge an electric car too.

The four of us had a lovely few days at Hotel Kristall. The ski slopes are fantastically close, and our rooms were clean and spacious. The team were very friendly. We'd be happy to stay again.
