A nice bonus for our couples trip was the atmosphere. Most guests were adults or families with teenagers, so it suited us better than a more family-focused hotel, which is fine but has a different vibe. The ski lift is about a 10-minute walk away, with a bus stop across the street. We enjoyed the friendly, welcoming staff, cosy room with good space, a relaxing spa before dinner, and lovely food. We’d definitely come again.

The food was a highlight. We had two memorable dinners, each a well-balanced three-course menu with fresh regional flavours, served in a warm setting. Breakfast was just as good, with local products, fruit, pastries, and eggs made to order. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and cosy, with an amazing view of the Alps from the balcony. The whole team was friendly and attentive, and the warm welcome made us feel at home straight away. Vötter’s Hotel in Kaprun brings together Alpine charm, hospitality, and great meals. We’ll be back!

The museum in the basement and the theme throughout the hotel show a real passion for motorcycles and cars. There’s also a cosy bar, saunas, good food, and great facilities. The staff were wonderful, and the location was great. We had a really enjoyable stay and will come back.

The room was fine for cleanliness, space, and how modern it felt. One thing to know: there’s no shower door or curtain, which could be awkward or inconvenient for some people.

The room was clean and just right, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were really kind. Great hotel, I recommend it.
