Schloss & Boutiquehotel Mitterhart

We stayed for four days and really enjoyed the clean, neat rooms, the peaceful view, and the excellent food. Many thanks to Madame and Monsieur Meyer for their warm welcome and hospitality. The service was better than we expected, and we ate at the hotel restaurant several times because the food was so good. Highly recommend!

The service was very nice, and so was the location. The food quality, though, wasn't very good, and it was really expensive for what you got. At half the price I wouldn't complain, but not at this quality.

The staff and service were amazing, incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they care about the business and their guests. The area is gorgeous, and the garden is peaceful and lovely for relaxing or enjoying the view. Rooms are newly renovated, clean and have what you need, especially for a short break spent outdoors. The castle itself has been kept much as it was in the old days. Breakfast is simple and has the basics, without anything especially unusual. Egg dishes are made fresh if you ask.

Built in the 1700s, the castle is traditional and quaint, right on the river's edge. Schwaz is an easy walk away, and it's easy to get onto the autobahn toward Innsbruck or Salzburg. Breakfast was simple and elegant, and the staff were super friendly. Such a lovely place, with even lovelier people. We loved it.
