The Spa feels like a little oasis, with a beautiful Sauna and the option to jump in the lake afterwards. The hotel sits right on the water, with stunning mountain and lake views. Food is extraordinary, bringing local Austrian dishes together with an artisan's touch. As with many Tauroa Hotels, it feels like a hidden gem. The place is very clean, the staff are always friendly, and room service takes exceptional care with preparing the room. A very authentic and pleasant surprise, as always.

Our dog had such a thoughtful little corner waiting for her, with a bed, bowl, treats, and towel. We loved being here again, this was our second visit to the Seehotel with our dog. From check-in and the beautiful rooms to the friendly staff, excellent food, and lovely sauna area, everything made us fall for the lake, mountains, and hotel all over again. We couldn't ask for more, especially with how dog-friendly it is. :)

There honestly isn't much to do around here in summer, but the view is breathtaking. Come for a relaxing break, the view, the Sauna and other amenities, and a premium hotel experience at a good price.

We felt well looked after the whole time, with welcoming, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the rooms worked comfortably for our family of five. We spent four nights at Seehotel Grundlsee with our three daughters and had a fantastic time. Right by the lake, it has beautiful views and lots of chances to walk and get some fresh air. We'd definitely return and recommend it to families.
