The breakfast was awful, and for what I paid I could have stayed somewhere with a front desk and proper food. There was no staff, and using the check-in machine took 15 minutes. I also left my jacket in the room. They asked me to email the details, but five days later I still hadn't heard back. When I called, they said they couldn't help and told me to send another email. The hotel staff is a joke.

The rooms were nice and breakfast was good, but the IT needs fixing. Our reservation and booked room hadn't been saved, so check-in couldn't go ahead until we called the emergency number and had everything sorted manually. Another guest paid and completed check-in but never got room cards. After a long phone call, they were given two temporary cards, neither of which opened the doors, before working cards finally arrived.

My room was clean and everything in it worked properly. The hotel is fairly far from the city and right by the railway, with self check-in. It's a functional place and priced accordingly. I'm a pragmatic, conscious traveler, so that suits me, but anyone looking for friendly hospitality should stay elsewhere.

I enjoyed checking in without a reception desk. I like not having to wait for someone or talk to anyone. The rooms were nice and clean.
