Inn-Side Adventure Cabins & Camping

We stayed here again on the drive home from Italy, and it was still a very good stop. The first time, we were travelling from the Netherlands and the location worked perfectly for our route and distance. The kids, aged 3 and 5, loved sleeping in the little cabin, which felt like an adventure. There were games and plenty of space to run around. With four of us, though, the cabins are too small for more than one night. The staff were lovely, the facilities suited us well, and the cabins had a toilet and washbasin. Dinner was excellent, and the beer was well deserved; the quality and price were just right. We’ll keep it in mind for future trips too.

We pulled in on the spur of the moment for the night during a long drive. There’s a lot of character to the place, and the host was very helpful. The cabins were clean and warm, while the bathrooms in the separate building were kept in great shape. You can also add breakfast, which was generous and tasty for a reasonable price.

The food was a full 10/10. I had pork wiene schnitzel twice a day, every day. It isn’t listed on the menu, but ask for it anyway and they’ll make it. I couldn’t find it written anywhere either, but it’s a big serving of meat with french frise and sauce. Loved it. Keep it up, and I hope those big wiene schnitzels stay on offer as long as possible.

We only used the cabins to sleep, and the shared shower and toilet were perfectly fine. For five people, they worked really well. The price was low, the location was convenient, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. After checking in and dropping off our bags, we headed to Innsbruck, which wasn’t far away.
