We were welcomed with a bottle of local beer, and the owners even offered to have fresh bread delivered each day. They were very helpful, and we'll definitely return. The apartment is spacious, has a terrace with lovely views, and a kitchen that's very well equipped. It's a great base for skiing: around 6 km from Zillertal Arena and 12 km from Mayrhofen, with a ski bus stop roughly 300 meters away. Other ski areas are about 20 km distant.
