Andreas and Daniela Klocker are very friendly and helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. Their modern, fully equipped apartment was clean and well kept, with thoughtful little touches. The garden has a beautiful view over the Zillertal. The house at Unterberg 86 is right on the route to the Gerlosspass, making it a good base for activities around Zillertral and for exploring the Zillertal Alps by cable car. Many of the mountain stations have lots of entertainment for children. There's also a restaurant about 100 meters away, with a pleasant garden and a panoramic view. We stayed from July 28 to August 10, 2018, at a reasonable price, and found it an absolute must for a pleasant stay. Niels and Tatache van Hall from The Netherlands.

That fenced garden was a perfect finishing touch, and the valley view was beautiful. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything we needed, so we felt right at home during our wonderful holiday. Thank you, we'll definitely return!

The owners were easy to communicate with and friendly both before and during our stay. The apartment is very beautiful, modern, and well maintained, near the Gerlos Pass. We could relax in the fully fenced garden with our dog, and the view over the Zillertal valley was fantastic. There are countless hiking routes nearby for all skill levels. We especially appreciated the grill, big terrace table, and second toilet. For a two-week stay, towels were changed and we could use the washing machine. Highly recommend it!

The small garden has a fantastic view, and the apartment is great. The landlords are incredibly friendly, easy to reach, and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
