Parkhotel Hall in Tirol

After a long day out exploring, the sauna area was a lovely spot to unwind. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was very nice, and the views were great. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely little town.

We ended up changing plans on the fly in Iceland after our Greenland trip was shut down. Winter travel into the Arctic Circle got squashed, so, next time! With an impromptu itinerary, we found this place, which looked good and fit our budget in a country we’d never visited. Jackpot! We had a great view from the room, and the approach by plane was even more impressive. The hotel restaurant was nice, breakfast was good, and prices were reasonable. The staff were great, especially Steven, one of the concierge, front desk, or “agents.” Cheers, you know who you are. Keep up the good work. If you’re going to Innsbruck, Austria, any time of year, check it out.

I travel for work sometimes 200 days a year and have stayed in plenty of good and great hotels. I’ve never before been treated like a recent felon, and I’m still seriously in disbelief about what happened. This trip began on July 2, and I’d hoped this hotel would be one of those experiences I’d remember for a lifetime. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were so nice. As others have mentioned, there’s no air conditioning, and the room I was assigned was just so hot.

The panorama views from our room were excellent, and we were very pleased with the reception, service, and food during our ten-night stay last July. All the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We’ll certainly visit this Hotel again and recommend it to our friends. Scharf from Israel
