Appartement Emilia

We really enjoyed the private garden and dock. Swans sometimes drift past, and the view toward the town center is stunning. There’s free parking too, and it took us about 10 minutes to walk into town. A friendly cat appeared by the garden, which was a lovely little surprise. Inside, the room was spacious, cozy, and decorated with care, with fresh flowers everywhere. The host had left fresh fruit, and the kitchen had everything, including top of the line Miele appliances and a bean to cup coffee machine. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the garden as well.

The house is beautifully arranged, with an aesthetic touch in every corner, and the garden is lovely too. Emilia and her family were really helpful. It’s also quite close to the boat station. The kitchen had everything we needed. Such a pretty, fairytale kind of place, and I’d choose it without hesitation.

The view from the window was great, and the location worked well. We appreciated the free parking, clean rooms, old fashioned decor, plenty of towels, and the fresh fruit, coffee, and water. But the stairs were steep, and the apartment upstairs had no door, only a small gate. We’d booked two bedrooms so the kids could have their own room, which wasn’t possible with that setup. With other people staying in the same building and no way to lock the door, we didn’t feel safe at night. We left before our scheduled departure.

We spent time in the garden by the lake, just relaxing in the sun and having a drink. The hosts were very welcoming and even let us use their electric motor boat when we asked about boating. Our third floor apartment was large and everything had been arranged with care. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a big fruit basket waiting for us. It’s an amazing place to stay. I’m adding photos of the garden since other reviewers have already shared pictures of the apartment.
