We stayed here during our bike tour around Lake Constance, and the location worked perfectly. The modern hotel has comfortable rooms and very kind staff, plus a gym, sauna, infrared cabin, and steam sauna. Breakfast was wonderful, with local food, lots of juices and teas, and decaf coffee too.

I’ve stayed at Amsee many times each year, and it feels like a home away from home. The rooms are very clean and well appointed, breakfast is among the best I’ve had, and the team at Amsee is always so friendly. 🙂👏

The house has great design and sits near Lake Constance, so there are excellent places to go running. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, though. Nearby, Gasthaus Käth´r is an authentic option, but it’s closed on Mondays. If you can’t get dinner, the fantastic, outstanding breakfast buffet makes up for it.

The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very nice. The glass toilet door in the room felt a bit strange to us. Still, I’ll stay here next time I’m in Austria. The hotel is very modern.

The room was terribly noisy at night when staying on the ground floor. There was no phone in the room to call reception.
